Trump for President!

Sooooo....Donald Trump may run for president....HAH!

In all seriousness though, maybe he'll be good at this? NAH!!!

No, guys, time to get serious. Maybe he has some things to offer? FA;LDFKJA;LKGHA;LJ YOU'RE FIRED!!!

I laughed out loud when I read this. Apparently he almost made a bid for the 2012 election too. To me he just seems unqualified for the job. I really have nothing else to say about it...he seems so bad to the point that it's literally comical! I dunno, what do you guys think about it? Does he have any political background? Did he go to school for anything like this? Do you think he's got the chops for it?

Comment below, let me know!

  1. I honestly fear that the ignorant masses will vote for him, because he has become so wealthy. They may see him as the man who can get the nation out of debt.

    1. Or because he's somewhat of a celebrity! Haha. I would actually trust him with the economic side of things. Just...not with everything else.

    2. But under that same idea, they've seen how stupid he can be . . . I mean, his most famous line is, "you're fired" so why would we want a president who fires everyone? (Maybe he'll just fire congress and we can start over!)

  2. I agree with Allie. We see him as a very wealthy guy. And that is all he is known for and I guess a great negotiator. We need someone in the run who knows what they are talking about and has a knowledge of politics and what is best for our country. We do not need someone who has a lot of money and is a celebrity. There is so much more to our country than economics and I don't think he would be able to help us out with anything.

  3. I agree. You summed it up perfectly. There is a whole lot more to our country than economics. After that he just seems like an angry guy...

  5. I personally feel it would be good to have a non-politician in office. A lot of people run for office not truly out of a desire to serve the people, but out of a desire for power. While I agree that Donald Trump is not the right guy (his skill set is far too narrow), having a president from the private sector could be very good for the country. Who is more likely to listen to the requests of the common man than someone who just recently felt the exact same? Big business running the country is no better than what we have now, it is, in fact, worse, but we do need someone less likely to get wrapped up in the workings of government for its own sake.

    1. The problem with that is, nobody will vote for a non-politician. Politicians are good at one thing: getting votes. They make people like them and some of the time have no idea what they're getting themselves into. I think this is a big problem in the government.

    3. Nate, I feel like you sum up Mia Love perfectly. I honestly wonder if she understands how big of a jump she is taking from mayor, to congress. But if she's good at one thing, it's talking herself up to the public.

  6. I agree with you Liam. Trump is not the guy for the job. But we need someone who knows politics in a political office.

  7. I like what Nate said about non politician not being able to get elected. We say that we want somebody that truly wants to help and not just somebody who wants power. Then the ignorant masses go and vote for the power hungry candidates instead.

  8. So, hypothetically, if the ignorant masses voted for Trump and he won the popular vote, then I guess the Electoral College would actually have a purpose, right?
